Solutions Architect

Location: Dallas, TX

Digital Shadows is seeking to add an experienced Solutions Architect to our fast-paced team. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining technical integrations with third party companies. The Solutions Architect will work across the organization partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Client Success and the Intelligence team. This role will report directly to the VP of Strategy. The ideal candidate has hands on experience building out integrations across a partner ecosystem. The candidate must be able to work independently and who is comfortable working in a highly dynamic start-up atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base and fast developing priorities. This is a hands-on role that includes strategy, but focuses on execution.

Job Duties:

  • Working with Business Development and Strategy team colleagues to establish and execute upon Digital Shadows’ partnership and alliances strategies
  • Managing technical partner relationships; acting as a technical point of contact between external partners and internal colleagues
  • Architect integrations between Digital Shadows and technical partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external development team to scope and deliver integrations
  • Developing internal facing collateral for Sales, Sales Engineering, Trials, and Operations team colleagues
  • Developing customer facing collateral that communicates how to operationalize integrations
  • Developing partner facing collateral that clearly communicates Digital Shadows capabilities, data model and proposed integration value propositions
  • Presenting integration related content at partner events and conferences

Sales Development Representative

Location: San Francisco, CA

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the sales results of Digital Shadows SearchLight™ by initiating prospect meetings and conducting nurturing campaigns that help his or her regional sales team drive opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone and written communications skills, while working in a high-paced team environment. This role reports into the Inside Sales Director and is based in San Francisco, CA. 

Job Duties

  • Cold-call prospects generated by internal and external lead sources.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and RSMs to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and territory campaigns. 
  • Ensure follow-up by passing qualified leads to Regional Sales Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, and sources. 
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales. 
  • Creatively prospect for new accounts via internal and external tools.
  • Work with marketing and sales operations to ensure integrity and upkeep of accounts in the CRM database.
  • Appropriately communicate offering description, brand identity, and corporate position.

Inside Sales Representative

Location: San Francisco, CA

The Inside Sales Representative will find new business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base in the SMB market. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative position is based in San Francisco, CA.

Job Duties:

  • Actively engage with prospective new customers via phone, web conference and in-person to introduce Digital Shadows service and our value proposition
  • Consistently research and prospect within your assigned territory to identify new potential customers
  • Drive the entire sales process from start to finish including prospecting, opportunity identification, introductory meetings/demos, negotiation and closing
  • Maintains logs of all sales calls and overall activity in CRM

Intelligence Specialist, Security Intelligence

Location: Dallas, TX

Our Intelligence Analysts conduct open source intelligence analysis using Digital Shadows’ proprietary SearchLight™ platform to monitor threats to our customers and draft customer-facing intelligence incidents. Through this globally dispersed team, our analysts play a key role in creating general and client-specific cyber situational awareness for our customers to help them make informed strategic and operational decisions to secure their enterprises.

The role will have significant experience in a prior threat intelligence analysis / operations capability and will play a key part in all phases of the Digital Shadows intelligence life cycle, but with a predominant focus within technical research and analysis phases.

The Intelligence Specialist Security Intelligence (SecInt) role is primarily responsible for:

  • Assisting day to day technical cyber threat investigations.
  • Assisting in writing technical cyber threat details in RFI and other intelligence products under tight deadlines for customers.
  • Cyber threat intelligence research including developing new intelligence techniques.
  • Development of cyber threat frameworks and models to meet clients’ needs.
  • Training, education and awareness of technical cyber security.
  • Monitoring and responding to ad-hoc cyber security queries form Intelligence teams.

Your position does call for considerable flexibility, however, and you will be required to undertake such additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Above all else, you should be comfortable working in a fast moving technical environment, producing robust and rapid technical cyber threat analysis and assessments in support of both the customer and organisation’s needs.

The Regional Sales Manager-TOLA is responsible for selling managed services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
